- Empower participants to become self-aware, mindful practitioners who can apply the principles of IST to their own lives and practices.
- This is also an introductory course for Instructors who wish to add IST to their teachings
A certificate is issued after the course, provided attendance is maintained in all classes.

Course can be organized when there is minimum of 4 person joining to training. Course fee is per person.
