Who we are

We are professionals of martial arts and well-being, dedicated to sharing the principles and techniques of traditional martial arts. Our approach is rooted in healthy skepticism as we seek proof of effectiveness in what we teach. This commitment to continuous learning, challenging ourselves, and teaching others is what drives us. Our goal is to ensure that what we teach is functional and truly beneficial.

SiFu Veka is a lifelong martial artist who has been training and teaching since his teenage years. He has lived in Thailand, where he studied Wing Chun and Muay Thai, and trained in Filipino Martial Arts (FMA) in the Philippines. His travels worldwide have allowed him to participate in various courses and seminars, deepening his understanding of the human body's potential. He is a closed-door disciple of Grand Master Wan Kam Leung, and in the past years, he has been teaching Practical Wing Chun at the headquarters in Hong Kong.

His wife, Kati, has a diverse medical background and is intrigued by energy flow in all living things. She has actively supported SiFu Veka in his journey and studied Traditional Chinese Medicine in Beijing and Finland. With 12 years of experience practicing TCM at her clinic in Finland, Kati also teaches martial arts and Qi Gong alongside her husband.

Together, we have traveled the world teaching and training to understand the human experience. We have students worldwide and share combined knowledge for over 60 years. Now, we have combined that knowledge to structure classes that will benefit you the most.
